The Head Coach of Middle School boys Basketball is responsible for initiating various aspects of the basketball program, such as recruit within the school, train, and coaches the members of the Basketball program.  Coordinate the development and promotion of the Basketball program.  Assesses players' skill and assigns team positions.  Teach life skills and develop character.  Organize and schedule practice sessions.  Determines game strategy based on the team's capabilities. Maintain supervision of each student-athlete under the care of the basketball program.  Timely and effectively communicate with the athletic director, parents and players.    

Maintain and secure all Basketball equipment and uniforms.  Manage court care and maintenance. Collabrating with HS coaches to incorpartae the same plays and drills to better prepare the athletes for High School Basketball.
